Which OTC medicine is best for a stuffy nose and crackling in the ears? I thought I could shake this off myself but its been 3 days so apparently I can't.

I had to take some this morning myself. I usually take the brand name or store brand. Sometimes it helps with the ears sometimes it doesn't. I haven't found exactly what helps both.
Just relax and don't overdo it. I only got up this morning to call work and tell them I wasn't coming in. It's back to bed for me in a few.
