I was just given a bag of HOMEMADE choc. chip pecan cookies and I can't stop eating them.....

Run them under water and you won't eat them!!! That is what I do if things get really bad!!!! I take a piece of cake or whatever is doing it and I ruin it so I won't eat it!!!!

Tell yourself it's something that totally grosses you out! Before you know it, you'll turn yourself off. I used to do that, it worked, but now my mouth or stomach doesn't care.. so I have to find another way!
