So, I booked my hair and amkeup people after having an okay trial...then went for another trial and didnt like it either...now I am stuck. Anyone have any advise?
I am going to ask for my deposit back...
Now I need help with finding someone for hair...I think I may have found someone for makeup...
I feel really bad though....anyone wanna chat about this...has this happened to anyone????

Can you try talking to them, telling them you are unhappy and ask if they can do another trial without paying for it? If they are committed, they should want to make you happy with it. Do they know you are unhappy?

Check your contract to see what it says about getting your deposit back.
Even if you can't get your deposit back, I would definitely let them know that they weren't able to capture what you were looking for at either trial, but that you can't afford another trial. Did you take pictures with you of what you're looking for? That definitely helps.

Yes you need to do this,, I am sure they will do it if they want to make you happy,,who did you book with if you dont mind me asking?????

First you made a mistake booking after an okay trial, I would call them and tell that you havent been completely happy with the trials you have had-what can they do for you? Im sure they will try and do something to make you happy

I want to thank all of you for helping me. I emailed them and told them I wasnt happy, although I loved them as people, and they emailed me back good luck. I asked for my deposit back but they didnt respond whether or not they would send it back...We'll see. Its fine...
