help....

Morning girls. I was wondering if anyone knew or heard anything about it you break a vendor contract in Suffolk County if you're entitled to your deposit back? I thought I remember reading something about this once on the site. My FSIL put a deposit down at a DJ in suffolk and a week later she changed her mind and they won't give her the deposit back for her May 09 wedding. Thought it was weird. TIA

usually your deposit is non-refundable. it's probably in her contract.

i know some companies may have a 'buyers remorse' policy, that gives people 3 days to cancel.

I think what your thinking about is just for RH..but I'm not positive on that

It should say in the contract. As noted in the PP I've seen contracts plainly state non-refundable and others give a time frame where they will refund w/o question.
