Hmmm do you have a pic of the dress? I think that might help me think of some suggestions.


Could she just have the back of her dress made differently somehow or no?

Would it look weird if she is the only one wearing a shawl or pashmina.....I feel as if u put anything with this dress it will take away from the detail in the back that I loved....if u can google the dress its Davinci 9145 it comes up right away and give me opinions please....those are not the colors

that is a beautiful dress..maybe a cropped bolero jacket? if anything would she be willing to leave the jacket off for formal pictures?

Would she be willing to just leave the jacket off for the formal pictures? Maybe you can convince her by telling her the pictures aren't going to be of her back anyway. It says optional spaghetti straps on the dress page... would you consider her letting wear straps? If so, would that help out and maybe she won't wear a jacket or shawl or whatnot?


Either way, I wouldn't have a jacket.. I don't think that will look right with a BM dresses. Maybe a shawl or pashmina as the other girls have been suggesting.
