help

i NEED a new job. yes, i know there are ppl without jobs and that i should be happy i have one. but i can't be. my boss is the biggest ashole of a disgusting person you could eve imagine. i get picked on for the stupidest **** and now he keeps hinting on how we wont get bonuses. I CANT STAND IT HERE AND I WANT TO CRY/SCREAM MY HEAD OFF AT THE SAME TIME ALL DAY LONG.

Thanks ladies! I can't quit before i find something else -- I'm in grad school and we simply just cannot afford to not have 2 sources of income. Thanks for all the words of advice, though

omg i know ur feeling. i like the ppl i work with but the job is SO BAD....i have been looking for a new job since a year ago when i finished grad school...i want to cry/scream everyday that im here bc i just cant wait to find something better

I wish there was something I could say but . Sorry- it ***** dealing with a-holes at work. My boss at my old job used to send me home on the verge of tears everyday.

im sorry hun my old job was that way... one day i went into the bathroom crying and called fh and was like please give me 4 good reasons why i shouldnt quit lol he was like QUIT NOW LOL i was miserable.. but at the time we werent paying for a wedding so yes before u quit or curse them out look 4 a new job lol

i completely understand where u r coming from.


i worked for a horrible boss for 4 very long years. he was nice in the beginning but started to get super mean. let me tell u i did everything for him. i ran his entire business & he was ungrateful. the last 3 months i was stuck there i lost 15 pounds because i was petrified of being yelled at for stupid things all the time.

the best advice i can give to you is this:
speak with your FH & make sure he knows whats going on. if you live together see if he is willing to carry the expenses for a little while. then get out of their as soon as you can. if u can deal with staying while looking for another job then do that. (FH noticed that i almost had a nervous breakdown & basically told me that i had to quit)
