Help!

Help!

I'm having such a hard time picking a RH. I keep finding things wrong with all the places I go to. I have a strict budget with about 80-85pp at the top. I have looked at 8 places, and feel like I am not going to find the 'one'. I don't want to settle. Does anyone have any ideas for me to look at around this price range? I kinda need to stay in Suffolk County because that's where my church is. Also, does anyone know how much Flowerfield in St. james runs? I'm so stressed already! It sucks feeling like I won't be able to find one I am happy with...

Re: Help!

Flowerfield is pricey. I doubt you could get anything under 110pp w a high min during off season. Sorry.

Where have you looked?

Re: Help!

You'll prob have to change your date anyway. Its a really popular date and lots of brides have already booked it :(

What about brentwood country club? They have a deal or what about thatched cottage?

Re: Help!

My church is in Suffolk too and our reception is at Crest Hollow in Woodbury. Maybe try Crest Hollow. They have a new smaller room on the main level that I'm sure would easily accommodate 90 people. They were good about minimums too. ALTHOUGH, I think 11/11 was already booked - definitely give them a call anyway.

Re: Help!

In Nov you could probably pull $85pp at the Riviera.... check them out!

Re: Help!

i would look at thatched cottage, ours was a 100 person minimum, but that was for the larger room.

Re: Help!

I looked at Flowerfield. Very pricey. I doubt you will get under $120 pp there. Your date is going to be a bit more pricey because its a popular date. Did you try Beach Club Estate in Ronkonkoma? I have a friend getting married there. Its really nice.

Edit: Try Manor East in Massapequa....not exactly Suffolk but is eastern nassau.

Re: Help!

I booked Three Village Inn in Stony Brook. It was surprisingly reasonable and we liked the idea of it turning into a weekend with family and friends and not just a 5 hour party. There are really great places to take pictures around there too!
