Has anyone ever been to Croatia? thinking about it as a possible honeymoon spot :)

It's funny that you posted this. My friend's mom lives in Croatia and has invited us to stay with her for our honeymoon. I can ask her if she can send any info.

I spoke to my friend's mom.

Here is what she said:
every city has beautiful hotels, hostels...tell her to ask her travel agent....and it is very important to book early.Ask for cities
like Zadar, Split, Dubrovnik....the islands around those cities.....Island Korcula is so beautiful.
Get started with your travel agent, check internet to see where you would like to visit, get brochures , every one of these cities are almost the same ( Zadar is the nicest )
START EARLY, since it is 'crazy house ' in the summertime here
