Help!!! Avatar issues

I'm hoping one of you ladies can help me!

I changed my avatar on my computer at home on Saturday and it seemed to have worked.

Today I come into work and log onto LIW and my avatar reverted back to the old one. No matter how many times I delete it and upload my new avatar, it keeps uploading the old one. I feel like I am going crazy....Has this ever happened to anyone else and if so, how do I fix it?
