one of my bridesmaids is giving me a hard time. i told her recently that i wanted tube top dresses and she got mad at me! she told me that if she had to wear a tube top dress that she would not be in my wedding!! she is the biggest one out of my BM's, should the dress really revolve around her or me???

The dress is really nice and if it helps I had the same problem except some of the girls were actually showing me pictures of what 'they like'. I already had a dress in mind for them which was strapless of course and they freaked out without even trying it on. She should off said it in a nicer way. Bottom line it's your wedding and that's the dress you like so tough luck. She's got plenty of time to prepare for the way she wants to look. That's just my opinion. Good luck with it!

My sister is big chested, so I am having her help pick out the dress, and try them on before anyone else does, because I want her to feel comfortable, but that's cause she is my sis. The dress you picked is actually flattering I think for a larger person, the middle is. That is the kind of middle my sister wanted to look for. It's pretty, she might like it when it's on. Good luck

she's probably just really uncomfortable, which is totally understandable, but she could have handled it in a much better way.
i'd stick with the dress, but give her the option of possibly including spaghetti straps and/or buying a shawl/wrap to wear with it. then at least she's still in your dress, but feels a little more comfortable about it.

I'm going throught the same thing. My MOh has large arms and is very self conscious and indicated she wants short sleeves. My two Bm's are size 2's and will look good in anything. So I'm still trying to find a dress.
