Hi, We have 2 more guys than girls.....7 girls and 9 guys. What would you say if 2 guys walked down the isle togeather, because I really don't want to have 2 guys walk one girl down...... remember, not holding hands or anything, but just walking down...Honest opinions please!!!!

Re: Help, bridal party
I would much rather have 2 guys w/1 girl than 2 guys together ( to me seems a little unconventional). Sorry, that's my honest opinion . My BP is uneven & I'm having 2 girls w/1 guy.

I agree, two guys alone is unusual, but unconventional or not, it is your wedding, you should do as you wish.

I would have them walk seperately or already be at the alter w/ the best man and the groom.

Re: Help, bridal party
I have the same problem and I am having 2 guys walk with one girl.
You can have them walk down anyway that you want-who is going to say anything to you.I have been to weddings that had un even bridal parties and it still looked great with all the guys walking alone.

I agree. If it was me I would have 2 guys walk 1 girl down. But that's JMO. Do whatever you feel comfortable with. If you want 2 guys to walk down then do that!

Re: Help, bridal party
I have an uneven bridal party too. Almost all 3s of 2 guys with 1 girl inbetween. I have also heard of having all the GM up at the alter with the groom and having ony the BMs walk down the aisle.

I wouldn't have them walk down together b/c I would think they would feel uncomfortable doing so.

Re: Help, bridal party
My problem was that I had a guy in my BP, so I had him walk in just like the girls did (he was first) and half way down the isle he met up with a GM just like the girls did and they walked the rest of the way side by side with plenty of room inbetween them. Neither one of them had an issue with it and I have not heard anything from any of my guests about it. I see no problem with it, they are there for you and for the few short minutes they walk together what does it matter especially if they come in first. On the way out they teamed up a BM and their respective GM. So 2 sets of 2 GM and 1 BM on the way out.

Re: Help, bridal party
I would say no if they don't want to be perceived as a couple. I had 2 close family members 'extra' in the BP so I had them walk down individually. I liked how they seemed more special that way because they were.

Re: Help, bridal party
I have 4 guys and 3 girls and I'm having 2 guys walk with one of the girls. It would look really weird to have 2 guys walk together, unless they were a couple of course.

Re: Help, bridal party
I guess I'm the oddball here but I don't see anything wrong with 2 guys walking together. Like you said, they won't be holding hands or anything, so I say go for it.

Your not alone.... its what I did and I didn't find it odd looking then or even in pictures now. See what they guys who would have to do it think of it, if they don't mind I say go for it.

The only time I've ever seen two guys walking down the aisle together is with the runner.

Re: Help, bridal party
I think you should team up 2 guys and one girl.
I will also have an uneven #. 4 girls and 3 guys.
I am going to have the MOH and Best Woman walk down with the Best Man.
