Help! One of my bridesmaids is pregnant and we are having trouble ordering her dress! My bridal consultant told me to give her the name of the designer of her wedding gown (b/c her wedding is right after mine) and the size ordered and she will compare it to my designer size chart.
The problem is that her Bridal Store cut the designer tags out of all the dresses! Now we don't know who designed her dress and...that's right...no size chart!
What do I do??

Help! Bridesmaid Crisis!
I'd ask your bridesmaid to talk to the store she bought the dress at.
Since she all ready purchased the dress, then I wouldnt think they'd have
a problem telling her the designer. Especially if she explains the situation.
Someetimes stores cut the tags out of the dresses to prevent people from
shopping around- although it is illegal for the store to remove the tags.
Good luck!

Help! Bridesmaid Crisis!
I have a bridesmaid who will be 7 months pregnant at my wedding in 2 weeks. Just have the store contact the designer to either order a larger size or order a maternity panel or regular panel depending on the style of the dress. If you got the dresses in a bridal place, the seamstresses should be able to help you. Good Luck!

Bridesmaid Crisis! just found out my BM is 3 months preg.
So by my wedding at end of Aug, she`ll be 7 months. We already ordered the dresses in Feb and now I am unsure how to approach the people at the store. I called yestd and found out that the dresses have a shipping date of July 20th - has anybody had any experience with changing the size AFTER it has been ordered from the manufacturer. From my point of view, I don`t see a problem - especially if its not being shipped for another 3 months. My other problem is that the style is a very form fitting 2 pce and I don`t know how (or if) it will fit my BM. I am very happy for my expectant BM but at the same time a little worried about the dress situation. Any suggestions or information would be most appreciated.
Thank you

Call the store and ask their advise. They may be able to do something, since I doubt the manufacturer has cut the dresses. Maybe you could order her a similar dress, but maybe with an empire waist? That is what they did at my friend's wedding and the pregnant bridesmaid looked adorable (the top of her dress matched the top piece of the other dresses and the skirt matched the girls bottoms.)
