Help! ebay question

I ordered 2 flower girl dresses from ebay. I got them tonight and one looks like it might be a little too small. I sent the seller 4 emails and no response. My flower girls live in Florida I don't know if I should send the dresses down for them to try on or should I wait because they are coming to LI in 3 weeks.

I've never ordered anything from ebay before so I really appreciate any help.

Re: Help! ebay question

I doubt the seller would take them back...unless she has an abundance of them...but usually...you bid...you buy...no matter what...

Re: Help! ebay question

you can request the seller's phone number from ebay and give them a call. When did you send the emails? I'd give them a few days to respond. Does the listing say anything about final sales, etc. Do they have other auctions for dresses in different sizes?

Its really going to depend on the seller - if they have a bigger size they may be willing to exchange. They'll probably try to accomodate you to avoid bad feedback.

Good luck.
