Help!!! Either I am on drugs or I am seeing things.....OMG They're all over my pics!!!!

I just took a very good look at a proof that I had scanned into my computer and in the upper left corner and along the right side I swear I'm seeing what looks like cartoon characters. How the hell this could have been on this picture is beyond me, because NOTHING I have or ever scanned looks like the images I'm seeing.

Can someone please take a really good look and confirm that I am not crazy? I now have to look at the original proof to make sure it is not on there as well.......

The glass of your scanner is probably smudged. That would explain why there are 'faces' in some of the same spots on the scanned pictures but not on your proofs. And they would look differently depending on positioning of the picture on the scanner, how much it was pressed against the scanner, etc. Don't worry, not evil.

OK! WOW! I just found it in the third pic with the teeth and everything....it looks so freaky...

So i had to google this and i read that the backround images in your pics like someone previously posted before me are called orbs and theyre not ghosts they are just sprits that have used photography as a means of proving that the human personality survives death......SCARYYY

Ok, so I just saw this post, I was reading some of the comments. What are orbs?

I must say that when I first looked I was waiting for a scary face to pop onto the screen because FH sent me an e-mail on Halloween that did that.

So, do we know what the images are yet?

I SEE NOTHING... maybe i'm just tired!

Ok so I viewed in my Pic program and fixed the brightness and all i see is what looks like smudges. Clean your scanner with windex and then rescan. hopefully that gets rid of it.

It looks like some kind of double exposure or something, I'm no photog. But remember when you used to get film developed and sometimes 2 pics would print on one photo, that's what it looks like. I think they need to be developed again, I think it is something that can be fixed. You look beautiful by the way and your bouquet and dress are both very striking!

I've got an idea....

to see if it's something with the scanner, why don't you scan a black piece of paper, since the images seem the most obvious on the dark parts of your paper.....

maybe windex the glass on the scanner base, and the scanner lid?

If they are not on the actual proofs I wouldn't be scared.. if its on the proof itself i would be concerned a bit even though I am not a 'orb' person but I have seen them in pics years ago when I use to chill in graveyards and just take random shots of things.

What it could be is a few things especially with a scanner.

When A scanner becomes warm and you scan items that have a coating on them the ink will rub off on the glass and leave a small maybe unnoticable smugde or even a duplicate of a prev. scan. Use some window cleaner on a non fiberous rag or cloth and clean the glass off and wait for it to be completely dry and streak free to scan again.

OR it could be a burnt image with in the scanner. Typically a new scanner will not have this happen but you never know. My old scanner had a burnt image if my boob that i had scanned (interesting night i might say) that came up. I FREAKED out and had destroy it before Daddy found it when scanning images in. . The iamging/lights burnt out and left a faint image of a boob on anything else i had scanned. Replace scanner.

I totally see it and I wouldn't be afraid. I would try to scan them again after cleaning your scanner with something.
