HELP- Etiquette on Response Envelopes???

HELP- Etiquette on Response Envelopes???

I'm typing up my invitation order and I'm not sure what to put on the response envelope with our address. FH and I live together.

1. I'm pretty sure that only the bride's name goes on the envelope. Am I right?

2. Do I just put my first and last name, or should I put 'Miss' before it?
(you know 'Denise Lastname' or 'Miss Denise Lastname')

I appreciate any help! I'm ordering tomorrow. TIA!

I do believe only the brides name goes on the response cards. And Miss Denise Lastname sounds right.

I addressed them to me.. Miss Randi Lastname..

the return address on the invite- just has our address, no names..
