Help find a venue - 100-120 ppl for $95-$120 pp - Sat night

Hi - I decided to sign up for an account here after having a very difficult time finding a venue!

I am looking to get married on Long Island, ideally on the North Shore or anywhere as far out as Hauppauge or so.

We will be having between 100-120 guests and a requirement is a venue that only does one event at a time and I would like my wedding to be on Saturday night, 11/05/2011.

Looking for a venue around $95-$120 per person.

Can you help? The two biggest problems I have had so far are either places that are very outdated and not well maintained and also places that require 200 minimum people.

you are going to find a lot of places that are 1 wedding at a time are like a 200 min.

try the riviera in massapequa.

the bayview house at captain bills is in the price range and didn't mention a minimum- but it is on the south shore in bayshore

I know you said LI but check out my venue album with pictures.... They have one bride at a time and I have the small room which connects to a larger room.

i am a fox hollow bride to be and i would recommend them, our packaage started at $95 per person (it didnt end there because of extras) but i am doing a Saturday evening and while they do two weddings at a time, they are on opposite ends of the venue, each room has their own ceremony and cocktail hour space...check it out! you wont regret it...you get alot of bang for your buck!!

Honestly, I was looking for the same 1 wedding at a time and it didn't work out for me. But what could not be changed with my wedding is the saturday night. And everywhere that I found for 1 wedding at a time is a minimum of at least 180 (Sand Castle- everywhere else was WAY more). I would make a suggestion to either change time frames from sat night to sat day or have it at a place that has more than 1 wedding at a time. Unless you are willing to sacrifice for a minimum of 180+.

If you are willing to change the date to a time frame between January and March then Saturday nights at Vetro are 110++pp with a 75 person minimum HTH!

p.s. it's a brand new RH that JUST opened up (sister location of Russo's on the Bay so you know it will be fabulous!)

The Royalton is gorgeous but def out of your price range

The Royalton in February on Sat. Night is $140pp

Have you considered changing the night? Like maybe to a Sunday or Friday? Those nights usually have lower minimum guarantees, otherwise you might have a really hard time finding a one at a time wedding place on a Sat night for that price range/min.

Try Majestic Gardens, Sunset Harbour, Leonards and Westbury Manor.

You may need to bend on your requirements. Its going to be a tough to find a one wedding rh with such a low min on a sat night. Don't let a venue with more then one wedding at a time put you off you get the same attention there at a place with one wedding and you may even pay less then your looking for.

Def. check out Riviera. They are in that price range (actually a little under that before taxes and grats.) and they may be able to do that min. for that time of the year

EDIT: for our May wedding, we are paying $94pp and have a 130 min.... and it's one wedding at a time!

West Sayville Country Club can def do a Sat night 100 min, in your price range

I would try North Ritz Club. When I booked Crest Hollow in January, they were free for 11/4/11 and I think it was going to be $90pp with a Viennese (not including tax/tip). That's a Friday night though.

I would check out CLM. They have 2 rooms - but I tell you, you never even know the other wedding/event is there. We paid only $95pp for a sat night in august - so for a sat night in nov - I am sure it will be even cheaper. For the upstairs room we had to guarantee a min of 110ppl. HTH!

Bourne Mansion -- in Oakdale... .lessings owned so the food is superb!

Its not prime wedding season so they should fit in your budget.. plus only 1 event a day

Actually, those were my perameters (except, since my Church is on the water and the reception is on the water, we wanted daytime)- which is how we found Sans Souci of Sea Cliff. Love the location, and you are the only show in town!
