We are doing full mass also, you need 2 or 3 readers, people to walk the offerings up to the priest, you need at least 2 flower arrangement for the alter

you usually do either the candle or sand ceremoney not both tho

All of those things you mentioned are cultural rather than religious and thus optional. Our priest said he generally doesn't do the unity candle. i don't think it even originated as a catholic thing. you would do that OR the sand ceremony since they're the same idea not both.

I have not seen the large roasary done, but I have seen at just about every cahtolic ceremony I've been to, that the bride brings flowers to Mary and both moms as Ave Maria or a similar song plays. That might be an Italian thing though I am not sure. Again, cultural, not religious.

You'll want to choose up to 3 readers and readings (OT, Psalm, epistle), and also pick people to bring up the gifts. They should be Catholics.

You can include non-Catholics to hand out programs at the door.

As far as 'stuff' is concerned there really isn't much that you need.

Do you need alter arrangements?

2-3 readers
ushers
unity candle
readings (first, second, and responsorial psalm)

not sure about the rosary, that's if you want to do that I think. check with the church if any extras are not allowed (rice, rose petals, etc)

You don't NEED flower arrangements for the altar. If you do, it's usually 2 standing arrnagments (your floritst will know what to do) which you can either donate tt he churhc or rbing to the RH to pu by the sweetheart table. Some people also do pew bows. I think all is optional and depends on what the church and your budget will allow.

Don't forget about the readers you need for the petitions

you can have your mothers bring up the offering, or maybe some kids that will be there.
