Help! Free tux for the groom???

I'm in need of some last minute advice and am hoping you can help!

Paul, my dad & our BM rented their tuxes from a Flowerama shop in Bayside. Our BIL & his son rented tuxes from a Flowerama on LI. So that's 5 tuxes - how many tuxes do you have to rent before the grooms is free? And does renting them from 2 differnt branches help?

We hadn't thought of it but our SIL suggested we might be entitled to Paul's tails as a comp. Hey - every $145 counts! : )

Some places say with 5 rentals you get one free, some say 7. I am booking with Manna tuxes in bklyn _ at least that is what I am thinking this am- and they automatically told me the groom would be free- before they knew how many was in the bridal party.

Also, see if they can give you a break on the ringbearer's tux..if you are having a little boy in your group.

We wanted to stay away from pure white since we were told it will make the dress look dirty.

I think the number is usually around 6, not counting the groom. If flowerama is all one chain, it shouldn't matter that they came from 2 different stores.

Of course it might be really important to you to have a good cake, I am definately not knocking that. But as Jamelle pointed out, wedding cakes are expensive. I plan on going with the house cake.
