Help! Girls who bought their dress on-line.....where are you getting alterations?

I recently ordered my dress on Netbride.com and saved alot of money, but now I can't find a place to get alterations! Help!
Any other girls who have ordered their gowns on-line? What did you do???
I live in Suffolk county if you know of any places. Thanks!!!

ETA: All of the bridal shops that I have called have turned me down!

I'll bump this again .. b/c I have no clue, either.

I'd also like to know the answer too (I plan to buy online, at least the BM dresses.. and need to know a reputable seamstress and/or alterations place!)

I'm using a fantastic seamstress/wedding gown designer but she's in Queens. Is that too far?

ETA: Alina - Karin Y is my seamstress too! She is awesome!!

I know this sounds a little werid but my mother is a dress maker and works out of the house in Hicksville. She works on wedding partys all the time. I know some people would be scared but believe me she made her own dress for my sisters wedding and did all the alterations for the bridesmaids.
If anyone wants the # to call her and at least talk or get some idea's FM me.

Shoreham Bridal told me on the phoen they will alter a dress not purchased at their store as well as Bridal Suite in Huntington.

(I ordered my dress online but haven't received it yet, so I haven't had to make a decision yet).

I used Lucy at Crystal Waters in Bellmore on Merrick Rd. My dress looks great!
