I know a few girls on here said to go slightly under your minimum when telling them your number of people attending just incase people cant make the wedding last min.....so my question is do I leave peoples names off the list of who is coming then?? the numbers wouldn't match up if I left them? Im not talking a lot...maybe 4 people

You shouldn't have to tell them names of people just the number. I say cut it down by 4 and u'll be fine.

So if you tell them a number under, what happends with the place cards and stuff like that? Wouldnt they notice that there are more place cards then the final headcount?

i dont think they would notice - they're not going to count every single placecard.
i would say a small number like 3-4 people under would be sufficient. if you are 100% in attendance (which i hope you are), just tell your MD that they were wishy washy surprise guests so you counted them as a no. a lot of people do this anticipating they will have some no shows the day of

Thanks ladies ....my prob is my RH needs a list of the names of each guest coordinating with the table number....err this is stressing me out!

Are they making the table numbers for you or the seating cards?
I would leave the names of people off. How they hell are they gonna know you didn't include mr. jones or aunt laura ya know? It could have been an honest mistake since your only cutting 3 or 4 people.
