HELP Hair emergency!

HELP Hair emergency!

I put some wash out dye in my hair (supposed to wash out in 24 shampoos. Well it turned my hair reddish. Ive tried everything to get it out. I washed my hair 8 times today with dishwashing soap and laundry detergent! Any other ideas????

dont panic...I think you are just going to have to give it a week. So you have anything going on important? Dont put anything crazy in your hair it might make it worse or damage it!

well...you can try another rinse...maybe something ash colored to counteract it...but if I were you I would try to leave it be...wah it a few more times before tomorrow...with reg shampoo not dish detergent!!

I dont want to do any more damage than I already have! I guess I will have to wait till my highlights show through, or go get them redone!

make an emergency appointment to correct it. That is your best bet.

Whatever you do, do not use something that says WARM tones because that means red tones. If you try something with neutral or ash tones, you'll be better off. Try Natural Instincts before the shower today and you'll be ok. Just stay away from warm.

As a natural redhead, I fail to see the problem.

Just kidding.

I don't know about you, but the underside of my hair is darker than the top. If you don't want to re-color so soon afterwards, what about wearing your hair up so the darker underside shows more?

Thanks for your help girls. Today, it actually looks good. Its light brown with a mix of red and blonde highlights. I guess just washing it helped! I actually like it the way it is now!
