HELP! Hair & Makeup person cancelled!! .Has anyone ever used Pauline??

Hi ..I was just cancelled on by the hair makeup person for my November 18th wedding and I am freaking out!! She gave me the name of Pauline in Rockville Center. Has anyone ever used her? Give me your opinion...She will be away on vacation and I can't do a trial until the beginning of November!! Any other people to suggest at this late date? It's only me for hair & makeup, 11 yr old for just hair and a 15 yr old for hair and a little makeup. Thanks all!!!

don't go with Pauline! She canceled on my friend's sister's wedding - that's not the reason you shouldn't go with her though.

When she cancelled she recommended someone else by the name of Elena (I think) and the bride, my friend (MOH and bride's sister) like her work MUCH better.
