Help Hair Stylist Cancelled w/ 38 days to go

I called the lady who was supposed to be doing my hair the day of the wedding yesterday and she cancelled on me. Mind you I booked with her almost a year ago and have been keeping in contact with her, I spoke with her about a month ago. She did everyone hair for my sisters wedding last July. All of a sudden she gets a new job at a different salon and has to color someones hair the day of my wedding. I am furious with her!! Ok I know i'm rambling but does anyone know of anyone who might be free Nov 5, Sat to come to the house and do 6 girls hair!! Please help

That is horrible . She has to color someone's hair?what kind of crap is that?

OMG I feel your pain!! My hair stylist cancelled the DAY of my wedding & we scrambled at 6am to find someone. We ended up using an LIW vendor who I don't hear too much about but she was AMAZING!!! I woke her up at 6:30am and she was at my house 45 min later - miracle woman!

Call Ellena - The Bridal Touch by Ellena Again I can't stress how different the girls hair types were from curly to flat and she did such a stunning job they asked for her card!

That really stinks! I would post on the vendor board to see if anyone is free.

Same thing happened to me. My normal hairstylist has to style hair in Texas the day of my wedding...yup! I didn't even here it from him...I found out from a mass e-mail the salon sent to all their clients!

Definitely do a post on the vendor board. Good luck!
