Help! Hair trial

I got the tiara, and I need to give it to the woman who is making my veil. Do I get a hair trial first with the tiara only, or wait till I get it back with the veil attached?

Do you usually book the trial separatly from the final hair do, or is it usually booked together? If so, how do you book someone before you know if you like that person?

I would only book after a trial. I don't think you need the veil, if you have the tiara

so that means I need to book the trial soon, so I can give her the tiara to put the veil on.

I actually used the tiara when attached to the veil for my trial. I did my trial about 4 weeks before my wedding. I wanted to see how my hair would look with the veil and how the veil would drape.
