Help! Harbor Club prices

Help! Harbor Club prices

I just spoke with Maureen, she was very nice but wouldn't give me prices over the phone. We are looking to do a Friday evening.

The problem is that I live in NJ and I really can't waste any time looking at something that I can't afford!

Please help!
Thanks

They and John ANthony's are owned by teh same people, the prices are rather reasonable. What month are you looking for?

Looking anywhere from May to Sept of next year.

Thanks!

Their prices are very reasonable. I looked at them and John Anthonys. Maureen is very thorough and they put a lot of attention on the service they provide. I did not go with them in the end b/c I don't like that the parking lot is inbetween the building and the water (I wanted to look at water with no view of the lot). I thought Harbor Club was much classier than John Anthonys.

I remember them being inexpenisve(less than $75 per person). I also did not go with them because of the parking lot.

But they definitley negotiate and threw in alot of stuff like a free wedding night at The Garden City Hotel.....

So if you do go with them- make sure you get alot of extras!!!!

When I first started looking I went and met with Maureen...Great presentation and I thought a good price...Under $90/person for a Friday in September for this year. I personally didn't like the room so decided against it but also heard from others that the food wasn't that good. Definitely go check it out and see what you think...

I got quoted at $100 pp for a Sat in Aug. I almost booked it. Harbor Club was my second choice. I really liked the cicktail hour room and there is only one wedding at a time there.

I ended up booking Bridgeview Yacht Club.

is the Harbor CLub next to COCO's?

yes. We almost booked with them, they are very reasonable. I just didn't like the entrance (and the neon signs near the bathroom) or the dropped ceilings in the main room, but the back area is really pretty. Maureen seemed really great and knowledge.

My friend just did photography for a wedding there last weekend - said it was dirty, they had no ac and the food was terrible. Just a word to the wise.

I went to a wedding there last year and I thought the food was really good, especially the cake! The service was great too, my wine glass was never empty.

Hi! I am a Harbor Club bride! Maureen is great, the food is EXCELLENT and the service fantastic. I used to work for the company and can tell you that they have very high standards for service!
I think you can definitely get a Friday night wedding for less than $95 pp. FM me if you want further info!!

This girl can be very negative - so please don't go by anything I say, I'm just passing along the info!
I don't mean to make anyone upset

Hi, I am booked at Harbor Club. No offense to anyone elses opinion, but it is immaculate (I am a clean freak), and I just went for the food tasting and it was superb - by far the best catered food I've tasted (and I think I have tasted them all!)

At any rate.... you have FM

OF couse, we all give our own opinions here, and everyone is entitled

Any negative thing I hear about the vendors I have selected makes me cringe!! I hope I didn't make the wrong decision by booking the Harbor Club

Re: Help! Harbor Club prices

The prices were pretty reasonable there for all that is included. I have been to an engagement party there and thought the food and service were excellent. The view of the water is beautiful and I would have booked there, but the decor of the reception rooms are not my style.
