Help Has any ladies Tried...

Have any ladies tried Trim Spa.... I went for my fitting sometime last week, I was a little blotted because I was getting my period and my dress was tight... They remeasured me and told me I gained an inch in my chest and a few in my waist... so now i feel bad that i really couldnt get my first fitting and they said not to worry all i would need is one so when i loose weight I can come back...

I take it but definately check with your doctor before you start anything! I love it because it gives me that extra energy boost to get my butt to the gym after work.. It also really cuts your appetite..

Im on it now, and LOVE it. I am NEVER hungry.
My friend was on it, and lost 20 pounds. That is my goal before her wedding.

Thanks.... I saw it on sale at one of the drug stores.... What does it contain... do you feel really hyper... hope to loose some weight before my big day

I didnt get the jitters like some people do.
I get a boost of energy by the time I take my pill in the afternoon.

They also have TrimSpa without the ephedra.. ask someone at your local health store..

Are any of you on birth control pills? I was going to take a diet supplement to help out with my working out/dieting, but I was concerened that it was going to interfere with my birth control pills.

Anyone?
