Help! how did you arrange hair and makeup logistics?
Hi!! i never thought about this before but now am having issues arranging hair and makeup logistics.
i finally located an artist who does both hair and makeup (after that horrible trial i posted yesterday). She seems very nice but she says she needs two hours for each person.
I like how professional she is.. but I have six ppl including me, 2 moms and three BMs. that's 12hrs total?!
I need to be done by 3pm in the afternoon for photos... but we can't start at 3am in the morning.
She said I should reduce the number of people in my party or hire another person. but i don't know how exactly to make it work.
Does anyone have similar issues?? is 2hrs typical for hair and makeup?
my ideas include
1) give her hair or makeup then hire another makeup / hair artist
2) split the party but don't think anyone'd be willing to come to my house just to work on moms or bridemaids?
3) maybe i send some of the girls / moms to a salon to get ready?
any suggestions????
