from my experiences there is not much room for negotiating the price. you may be able to get little things added or some more expensive changes to the menu, but they don't play many games. Good luck.

I agree with Caf73 there is not much wiggle room on the per head price. What you really negotiate is the total package. I suggest you go in knowing what the following: Acceptable dates/times What # of guests you are comfortable guaranting How much you want to spend per head What you want for your money. Places on our 'finals list' all had about the same packages (# of items at cocktail hour, choices of menu etc.) and were within a few dollars of each other. The Extra's made the difference - raw bar, coffee/cordial bar, modified vienese, upgrade in cocktail and dinner menue. These are generally the negotiable items. Good luck

I agree there isn't much room with the per head price. However, I am about to choose my menu next week and they starting offering extras if we upgrade our menu.
