Hi Ladies, I'm trying to figure out how type up my invite list in Excel but I have no clue how to do it. I usually use word for everything, but the list has to be on excel or through the invitaiton site. I'd rather have it on excel so I can save it use it to keep track of responses and everything. Can anybody help??

make one column for name, one for street, one for town, one for state, one for zip. make sure to choose cell options for the zip column and change it to 'zip +4.' then start filling in, with each row representing one couple.

do we need to have the full zip code on the invites?

oh i just noticed you are my date twin! no, you do not need full zip code, but if you don't change it to that, it will drop all the zeros on your zip code. can you send attachments via FM? if so, i'll send you my template.

hmmm. it looks like you can't. if you want to FM your email address, i will send you a template for the invitations (it also has gift management!).
