Help--how many points is Edamame?? Sushi related

Sorry girls have no idea how to spell it, but I had it Friday night--they are little beans and they are really good-I think I ate too many and was wondering how bad they are. Thanks

they aren't bad at all! I don't know how many you had but when I order them at a sushi restaurant and split the bowl- I usually count is as 1 or 2 depending on how much I have. They are actually good for you!
