in Microsoft Word, but I can't find the way to add the accent marks above the n. I guess it looks a little like this~. Any help will be greatly appreciated!!!

my receptionist is from DR she says CONTROL and the button upper left of key board has squiggle on it, give that a try....good luck

Go to insert, then click on symbol and look at the latin symbols.

hold the ALT key then hit 164 for ñ or 165 for Ñ
130 = é 160 = á 161 = í 162 = ó 163 = ú
