Help!!! I can't chose between CLM, Land's End and WoodburyCountry Club

So I need some help, lol. I am stuck between Land's End ,Chateau Le Mar and Woodbury Country Club.... Does anyone have any advice??

my vote is for Lands End. A friend of mine had her wedding there and it was amazing...great food & great location. I wentto see Woodbury CC and liked it to but havent been to an affair there so i can not judge. I looked at CLM and was not impressed with their staff or the cleanliness of their restrooms

We had ours at Lands End. I cannot express how much of a great job they did. We felt like royalty the entire day. The grounds are beautiful and the food was amazing. Our guests are still talking about how wonderful it was. Just the CH alone with the steel drum band beautiful weather great drinks and the tons of great food, it was perfect!!!!! We got some amazing pictures too on the beach, the rocks and inside. The bridal attendant even washed my feet after taking pictures on the sand. FM for any other info. I think if you book Lands End you will not regret it!!!

got married there in MAY and I cant say enough good things about that place. I wish I could go to another wedding there.

Land's End. I went to a wedding there a few years ago and loved it and it was my #2 choice! Plus it is the sister location to my venue Flowerfield meaning that they have the same owners! The food and service is impeccable!!

i fell in love with WCC from the moment i saw it ... it was our first RH visit and we booked on the spot.

pros:
-- TONS of food (especially CH)
-- gorgeous grounds
-- pianist and champagne provided in lobby
-- ETA: food is delicious (from what i've tasted so far)

cons:
-- front room / lobby is not that nice

things that are pros AND cons:
-- 2 weddings at a time but the brides never ever see each other
-- some of the banquet managers are bad .... but either Jeff or Steve are AMAZING

Land's End!
I chose them because they are part of Lovin Oven and their food is so not typical wedding food. They are (to me) unique in their menu selections. We were going to book the West Lake Inn (another Lovin Oven venue) but they did not have an outdoor ceremony area. We drove past LE many times and when we went to view it, we fell in love with the place. Now, budget wise, we had to do an afternoon wedding, and not evening BUT we still got the venue we wanted.

I guess you have the think budget, how many guests are going to be invited, can you make the min., what does the venue have to offer to you?
You could do a spreadsheet, list venues and then list min # of guests, amount per guest, (or total of venue), what is included in the venue offers, etc. Then compare.
If you see yourself going back to so and so venue and comparing it to the rest, then that would be your venue. Kinda like when you pick your wedding dress.

I was considering CLM or Land's End. My parents wanted us to go with Land's End, but honestly it was DOUBLE the price of CLM. I just didnt think it was worth it. I have heard nothing but good things about it, but even though my parents are paying the RH and we are paying the rest, I couldnt justify spending DOUBLE the amount.

CLM is beautiful...great food...great to work with! Im so happy with my choice. All of your choices are beautiful. You have seen them all right? Go with your gut!!! Make a list of pros and cons if you really dont know! I think you will be fine with either of your choices. Good luck!!

Land's End...I got married there and the service is amazing... food is delicious and beautifully presented...you can't go wrong!! One thing to consider is that at LE you have the whole place to yourself whereas in CLM there are 2 catering rooms...larger parties/weddings get the downstairs room and smaller the upstairs...WCC they also do more than one wedding at a time.

Those were the 3 places I was deciding between too!

Each place has its good and bad. If money isnt an object id go with Lands end bec well im a huge ocean view fan so im biased to that. But WCC has a beautiful outside for CH and the food is amazing-- as well as most of the staff!

I am partial to CLM - BUT I will say this. Land's End is great. I jsut x'd it off my list from the beginning becuase FH has his annual fire department dinner there.. every year. and I have been to sweet 16's there when I was in HS - to me it was jsut played out b/c I was there so much. BUT - the place is GORGEOUS and the food is great.

CLM is amazing too, I really can't say enough about it. it all depends on what your budget is. LE is more expensive than CLM.
I have been to WCC too but I am partial to places ON the water lol

WCC or Land's end.. and then I would just make the decision based on if you want to share the venue or you want 1 wedding at a time.. they are both beautiful.. I think with Lands End you get the beauty of the water and great food, and with WCC you get a more fun party atmosphere, with still great food haha

My vote would be for Lands End. I looked there for my wedding. But it was too expensive in the summer. I have never actually been to a wedding there though. I can only imagine how amazing it is. I have been to CLM for a wedding. And the food and everything there is amazing!!!! I have been to Woodbury for a bridal shower. Grounds are beautiful. It depends on what time of year you are getting married. If it is summertime or nice weather time - go with Woodbury or Lands End. If it is cooler out....then go with CLM.

Lands End was probably the best wedding I have ever been to. I vote for Lands End hands down.

I don't think there's a comparison but land's End is really expensive. The food there is unbelievable.

CLM has great reviews too though and people say the food is fab. The outside deck and view are pretty amazing as well.

I haven't been to an affair at WCC in ages but i remember it being very elegant.

If you can swing it, I;d go w LE, followed by CLM, but that's me.

Lands End...

Its amazing. I had my wedding there. The ballroom is beautiful. Cocktails on the deck are absolutely amazing. The service is like no other... You get 1 waiter for every two tables and a lot more bus boys. There is a bar just for wait staff so that the bar in the room is for guests only. It was not hard to get a drink at all. I felt like I was treated like a queen from the minute I stepped on the premises.

And the food... the food is fabulous. Its not like catering food at all, its like restaurant food. I have several people in top end food sales that were at my wedding and they are still talking about the food at my wedding, over a year later.

Even the service leading up the wedding. They were on top of everything. When we found out Sayville had a parade on my wedding day they took my guest list and sent all of my guests alternate directions.

Someone said CLM has more of a party atmosphere. I love CLM, but I would never say it has more of a party atmosphere. The party going on at Lands End was fabulous and I have never in my life seen that many people dancing that much of the night at any wedding I have been to. I love that the bar is in the room because it keeps the party going. I opened the cordial bar for the last hour, but it didn't lose people from the room.
