Regarding the ceremony: contacting the organist, choicing music Band/Dj start a list of songs Video: start selecting pictures for the video Schedule for Engagement picture Looking through pictures for hair/make up, Selecting jewerly for you and your BM
Some of this stuff can wait until the month before, but it never hurts to get a head start.
