Yeah I took a bath in it last night and put it on again this morning.
I'm so sleepy too! The worst part is people are looking at me and screaming OMG! I really look like a reck! (LOL)

go to the drug store and get yourself a bottle of
sooth-a-caine (its made by banana boat)
keep it in the fridge. it is a miracle worker for sunburns.
if your drug store doesnt have sooth-a-caine, get australian gold aloe freeze gel or any type of aloe vera gel (they will have lidocaine)
those items will cool sunburn pain and moisturize your skin. But make sure to keep those products in the fridge. They feel so good on your skin and really help take the sting out.
Also take 2 tylenol to help with the pain

def take some aspirin or better yet - ADVIL. i never believed it but it def does help relieve a lot of the pain. good luck

Ugh I went through this.
To hell with the over the counter stuff. It makes you sticky and that's not what you need right now.
Do you have any white vinegar in the house? If you do, fill a bathtub with cool (not cold) water. While filling, pour the entire bottle of white vinegar in the tub. Soak for about 30 minutes. The smell ****s but it really does take the sting out for a while.
Make sure you use cold compresses all day on the worst spots...very very soft and wet towels. And take an anti-inflamatory. Advil, Aleve...you need help with the swelling. Don't worry it will get better.

Tea bags take the sting out as well Soak in cool water & put it on the parts that ouch.
For a more comforatable sleep. Put powder on your bed. It prevents the sticking to the sheets.
Drink ALOT of water!!! Keeps your body cool

I had 2nd degree sun poisoning after a trip to Fl two years ago. The dermatologist had me put WHOLE milk (not skim) in a bowl and put ice in it. Get some really soft cloths (like baby towels) and soak it in the milk. Lay them on the burnt parts and let the milk soak into the skin. The fat in the milk help heal the burn and the cold also cools the burn. This worked like a charm!
