Help.... I have to write a Speech for My Sister's Wedding, But I don't know where to start

I have to start writing my speech for my sister's wedding, can anyone suggest any sites to help start. I know it's suppose to come from the heart, but how do you begin... ????? I think I have a brain fog right now...

Maybe you can start out by saying Something like.......

I would like start by saying congratulations to (sisters name) and (FH name) on this wonderful occasion. I wish you both a world of happiness and blessings in your new life together....

Just to get you started and then just start flowing into your speech. I know its difficult, im not good with speeches either. Or maybe you can start with a poem.

Or something like....

Always love each other. Always respect and be there for each other. Remember that a bride and groom are indeed best friends. For good friends, come not with time, but with trust!
May the best day of the past be the worst day of your future. May good fortune precede you;
May love walk with you. May good friends follow you. May you grow old together on one pillow . Enjoy the moment…..for as this moment is, may your life be…with happiness, love, excitement and children. My love to the both of you. Cheers!

That is a good start!! Thank you.... I just didn't know where to begin. I figured I needed to start doing this since the wedding is in May.... Thanks for the help!!!

one of my bm and dh's best man both started their speeches with funny stories from childhood. bm started off by saying that when she met me she thought i had to be on some kind of drug b/c she never met someone so happy and best man started with an incident in the second grade that he shared with dh that made them instant friends. they then went on to say congrats and share their wisdom. but starting it off iwth a funny story really had the guests laughing and us, too.
