HELP! I need favor ideas

So I'm really not into the idea of favors. I feel so many times they are a waste of money because people don't want 'junk'. I know it's the right thing to do to give them out but WHAT DO I GIVE?! Can you please suggest favor ideas? I'm thinking something different...not the standard coffee scoop, bottle topper, candle etc. I also didn't really want to do a donation because part of me feels like I'd rather my guests have something to walk away with. Any suggestions would be appreciated!

If you do something edible dont do the almonds in tulle. (while in tulle anything can get on/in it, making it unedible).

I agree with how you feel. We are looking at wine stoppers, i have heard friends say they loved the cake server, utensil holder, and wine they they received as favors.

photobooths are the new favor, as its entertainment, favors, and a gift to you (most places give you a book with a set of all pics taken in the photo booth.

I did the standard coffee scoop with the large hinged jar from michaels filled with a can of coffee. They have the jar to refill with coffee or anything else they want and a coffee scoop. DH loves his coffee!

I am going with mini wine bottles from my favorite winery. I figure anything edible or drinkable won't go wasted!

You can do a donation and print up signs and put them in little picture frames or something. Or print them on bookmarks and put the bookmark in one of those desk picture holders.

This is ADORABLE! They do have personalized labels you can do for BBQ sauce. I've seen ones like 'Our love is SWEET AND HOT' with your names and wedding date.



We're doing the photobooth. I LOVE photos and I love them being tangible. We got a great deal with the photobooth through our DJ.

I'm super excited about it!

This is a very nice idea but I will say my cousin did that and she just wrote 'in lieu of favors we will be donating to charity in the name of x' it would have been nice to know what charity though.
