Help I need to lose 10-15 lbs

seriously

I have been crusing steady at 132-135 for YEARS

Due to a lot of various (and strange) health issues my diet is pretty steady

but I just went to the doctor like an hour ago and Im 144!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

She was shocked

10lbs in less than 6months

That is drastic!

I need to slim down and do something that will stick for life

Changes that could have caused this:
Over the past 14 months I went from a job in the city with daily walks to and from subways and up and down stairs to a job that was 15 mins from home driving

Recent change - I am now 45 mins drive from home.

Im due for my period in a week or so (maybe some of it was water weight?)

I was in my sneakers when I am normally in my dress shoes (which they have me take off) my sneakers have orthopedic inserts (but they are cork based mostly)??

Ive been stressed the last month or two (SERIOUSLY) family, obligations to my association (im President as of July 1) and a trip that was a painful hit to our finances which stressed me megatime. I got laid off three weeks ago and had to find a new job and I've been nonstop with errands for my hubby, hubby's family, our personal life and other stuff. STRESS!

HELP ladies

HELP

eating habits
If Im lucky (which is nearly once a week) I have a bowl of mini-wheats. Mostly its just about 8 oz of juice.

Lunch at work is usually sandwich, chips, coke

Dinner is usually square (meat, veggie and a carb side)

Dietary requirements
Carbs (for engery and filler)
Can not eat until I am full only until mostly satisified
Can not eat high fat contents (only small portions like a single slice of pizza)
Can not eat chicken fat or skin, no bacon either
Can not eat chewy sweet things (no carmel no chewy cookies)
Can not eat sweet items in size more than a hershey kiss (no chocolate bars, no ice cream, no gummies, only can manage hard candy and gum)
Must have fiber in my diet daily
Usually helpful if I have a soy products as well.

any suggestions?
(oh and does anyone have a bike they are willing to sell me?)

Weight Watchers. I just joined myself but it is amazing. It really teaches to you eat better and you are required to eat 5 servings of fruits and veggies a day (your fiber requirement)...you are not restricted to what you can eat (if you do the flex plan) so you control what you eat with portions. The meeting are great (once/week) you don't have to stay for them but you meet people and get great advice.

Other tips:

One of the key things in healthy weight loss is eating, especialiy breakfast, the more often you eat the fast you burn calories (healthy foods in small portions)

Another thing that will make a huge difference give up the soda and the chips.

Can you make up for the lack of walking by taking the stairs, parking further a way, little things like that do make a difference.

I entirely second this! I've lost over 40 lbs doing WW over the past year and a half. Now that I'm adjusted to the WW lifestyle it's easier to keep the weight off as opposed to following those fad diets where you're not allowed to eat anything except cottage cheese for a month and then as soon as you start eating normal food again all the weight comes back!
