Help- if we have the title for a house are therre any mortgage banks that can close in 1 week?

our current mortgage place keeps changing there story, yesterday they just told us they 'made a mistake', and are not honoring what they told us in regards to relocking......

are there any banks that we would be able to close in 1 week? if the title and everything is complete....
