Help! I'm afraid of color!

My bedroom is currently white with a sage green rug.

This is my comforter set

What color can I paint my bedroom besides white and beige?

While I love color too, it sounds like you might be best off with white or beige. Sage would probably be too much with the matching rug. Pink is a color you (or more likely, your DH) would probably get sick of quickly. Besides, I don't know that it would look right with the rug.

Let that gorgeous bedspread be the focus of the room. To jazz up the walls, maybe hang some pretty paintings that incorporate your color scheme and do a wallpaper border or even stenciling.

I agree wit Jenn. I think the sage would have been nice except your rug is sage. Keep the white.

I like the soft yellow idea...and also think maybe a few shades darker than beige might be enough to get a little color...yet not be too busy...

you may also want to stencil some leaves as a border in a few place...
