I was up until 12:30 lat night trying to address my invites. I imported my list into Excel and then did a mail merge. But everytime I printed, it would say paper mismatch. I had to put Custom Envelope size in setup b/c they didn't have my envelope size (5.5x9). Even still, it wasn't coming out the way it was supposed to. I was so frustrated, if anyone can offer any advice-I would really appreciate it. Thanks ladies.

I usually just give up on this stuff myself - I don't have the patience! lol Have you considered hiring a computer calligrapher to do them for you? Michelle at EZ Calligraphy is supposed to be great (she's a LIW vendor)...a lot of my friends have used her & I'm going to be using her in a few weeks myself HTH

Did the same thing. Had a few problems like that use the mail merge help and have them walk you through it .It might help. Also cut paper the size of the envelope and do some trial runs. Once you get your template it will fly!!!!
