Help! Invitation question!

Hey girls,

Is there a specific order you are supposed to use when stuffing your invites????? I have:

invitation
response card
church directions
flowerfield directions
hotel card
tissue paper

Also, I put a stamp on the response envelope. I have the PO run them through the machine for the outer envelopes right?????

Thanks for your help!
