Help Ladies: Are 4 inserts too many for the invites???

I have 2 inserts from the hotels that I blocked rooms at.

I have the insert from the hall.

And, I have a set of directions from various places that I printed out.

I was going to leave out the insert from the hall, but it has all of the info for the hall on it- phone #, a small map, etc.

I needed to add an extra direction sheet because the hall didn't have directions coming from NJ.

Edited to say: There is no more room on the extra sheet that I printed out for anything else...

I had three inserts...I don't think it is too many

I had at least four. A direction and phone card that I made. Direction and phone cards from the two hotels I blocked and the direction cards from the reception hall. Plus the reception card and response card. Better too much info than too little.
