Coworker has been dating a guy for the past couple of months. Not technically boyfriend/girlfriend yet.
She wasn't sure about getting him anything, but then he said something about getting together on Saturday for a late Christmas celebration. (They both have Xmas plans with their respective families).
She doesn't know what to get him...she doesn't want to spend a lot, but wants to get him something nice. They're both a little older than me, and I'm a little clueless. Aside from a nice bottle of wine, I'm lost...she's in her late 30's, he's in his early 40's, by the way.
I'm posting here because I hope some of you guys can help her out! TIA!

How bout tickets to some sorta event? Its not too formal...just another excuse to go out together.

i think tickets to a sporting event or broadway show are a great idea ... it's the gift that you get to enjoy as well
i heard on the radio the other day that men hate receiving wallets though ... so i'd stay away from that.

If I was on the receiving end I would prefer the tickets. However, some tickets are really pricey...so I don't know how much she is looking to spend.

Definitely love the ticket idea- to a broadway show, concert, sporting event, comedy show...and it will be something they can enjoy together :)
