help! Looking for low end party rentals

I'm way in over my head, my rentals are costing me more than food. I really just need some cheap plates and forks, and bowls and such.

Please recommend.

I found it cheaper to buy stuff from restaurant supply myself than to rent from some of these companies.
But if I buy, what am I supposed to do with the stuff?

Try all affair rental. But they're in brooklyn. It's the cheapest I can find so far.

Try Broadway Rentals (in Brooklyn) or Tri-Serve in NYC.

try Taylor Rental in Bay Shore (suffolk county).
I'm not sure if they rent cutlery but it's worth a call.

Wow, okay thanks so much!

When I started everyone was recommending the same 2. These two are super super overpriced. I know a tad about restaurant biz, and I don't get it...

Its just a freaking plate!

Also, check out linen creations in franklin square. she does linens but she also works with a vendor who deals with plates, silverwear etc.

LOL I had the same problem... I bought my charger plates it was .80 cheaper to buy them then to rent I am going to sell them on Ebay when it's all over. Does your RH have the china? Mine does I do not like it but like the Owner told me when the guests come in they will see the chargers not the china they will be covered with food and no one will notice the gold band (I wanted no gold). So i am just using theirs i get it for free.

I don't have an RH :D

I have a vineyard.

I got the tent, and the local rental companies actually have the tables and chairs at reasonable cost.

The linens, plates, servewear, flatware is way overpriced.

there's a restaurant supply in Deer Park. Don't know the name but it's either on Grand Blvd or West Jefryn Blvd (don't know which street front door is on)

Where did you buy the china and other stuff? Maybe I should just do that if it's gonna be cheaper than renting it. And I can always sell them or keep some.

Bar Boy in Farmingdale is also really good. I get all my party stuff from them and they're super cheap
