I have not been to either but I would really love to go to Acapulco!!! It is supposed to be much more low key and romantic.

Cancun. I went Spring break 2000 and had the time of my life. Spring break is wild.

FI has been to cancun on a regular off non spring break time and said he had a blast. He loved it.

I would go to Cancun in a heart beat.

FI went in October 98. You may want to check when hurricane season is. He got there on a sunday and hurricane andrew got there on Monday.

So if you go in october make sure to check hurricane season

I've never been to Acapulco.

Hurricane Season is from June-Nov. More likely in fall months

they don't always have hurricanes in October, there is only a chance

FI had a great time though when he went. some of the clubs were still open and he spent a nice amount of time at the bar.

I love cancun. I would go back in a heartbeat
