I had a makeup trial and really like the way it came out. But I just had pictures developed and I look really pale. The pictures were taken really close up. My sister said I didn't look like that in person. Could it be the flash and the angle? Only my face was pale not my chest.
What would you do? Nee help! IT is bothering me.

Re: HELP! Makeup and camera
A friend of mine came out like that in all of her pics that day. Personally, I would probably take the pics to the makeup artist and just see what she says. She should say something like 'It was probably just the camera/flash but we can go a little lighter on the application and try a different shade of foundation' or something like that. I don't know, thats a toughy.

You need to be aware that it could be the camera. You can see an example of that in my album. I took the first pics MYSELF with my camera (not the best pixel quality either) and I look very pale with the flash and then look at the make up on the pics that my photographer took (bottom photos). FYI, my photographer stopped by my house to take quick pics for that very same reason. How the make-up would look like on professional pics! They look totally different yet it the exact same day and make up.

It could very much be your shade of foundation. I would definitely mention that to the artist. Also, try and wear white to your trial. It makes a HUGE difference!

Thank you all so much. Yes, it might be the camera or the lighting in the room.
