Help making 2 color Chocolate Lollipops

I'm making chocolate lollipops for my goddaughter's christening on Sunday. I wanted to know HOW to go about the details (in pink) & then the regular white chocolate.

I'm using a paintbrush to color in the cross in pink, however, do I put that in the freezer & let it dry fully or just give it a minute & then fill in w/ the white.

let it freeze first that way the color doesnt blend

Now I'm out of lollipop bags I thought I had a bunch from Christmas, but they turned out to be too little.
