Help me

I had this hole wedding planned out...the sage color thing and everything.

But now after showing the people at work and my friends my cake topper they think we should have this whole yankee themed wedding since me and FH are huge fans.

I don't know what I want now!!!

I had mentioned doing a yankee theme to FH who is a die-hard fan and he wasn't having it. Wanted the nautical theme.

You gotta go with what makes you happy. Figure it's a red white and blue color scheme so you wouldn't be too hard pressed to find things that go with your theme. Plus you are going to be all patriotic too!

yankee theme would involve a lot of navy blue. i dont know how i feel abuot that for a spring wedding. but its totally your call.

i wouldn't do a sports themed wedding because thats not my style. but if thats what you like then go for it. think of it like this, a couple of years after your wedding do you want to look at your pictures & say o what was i thinking. also don't forget what happens if in the future you like a different team & here you had your whole wedding based off the yankees. maybe you can do a yankee themed rehearsal dinner instead.

I think navy blue in march would be ok. It's still between winter and spring.

I would recommend going with the Sage color you wanted, but throw in Yankee accents. Like Yankee cufflinks for FH, a yankee themed cake topper, etc.

But thats my opinion on it

i just think sage and navy blue don't go.

I have the cake topper and i am getting the yankee garter. The only reason I am also thinking about doing this is because we got engaged at yankee stadium
