breath! do yoga! think about Aruba! Its just a party...tattoos are more painful to get than getting married is...the next week is going to be all about sun, sand and sex, so just focus on that!

Jenn: PLEASE, go get Immodium on your way to the rehearsal. It's nerves, so it's probably not going to go away. Plus, it's going to get worse of you eat at the rehearsal dinner.
