Here is a pic of the $1,200 cake that FH likes (it it decorated with swarovski crystals). It's from the first bridal magazine that I ever bought. He fell in love with it and was heart-broken when he heard the price.

blushing bride, I am not sure how much #1 costs, like I said, I stole the pic and I haven't spoken to the hall about it yet.

I do like one, but i absolutly LOVE the cake your FH picked out.. if you could swing it, maybe use regular crystals instead of swarskys (sp?).. your lucky to have such a great FH that is actually interested in what the cake looks like.. when i asked my DH what cake he would like, he just looked at me like i had three heads!! LOL... he would have been happy with pound cake!! and im not kidding!!! LOL..
